I want to return something
Our items are all printed on demand which means they don't exist until you order them. So, we suggest you double check the size, colour or design of your item before ordering. We cannot exchange or swap for a different size, colour or design. If you did receive a product that wasn’t what you ordered, please get in touch with us at store.workingdog.com/pages/contact
Where is my order?
Orders can take up to 5 days to process before being shipped. Once they are, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number. You can see our delivery timeframes at store.workingdog.com/pages/shipping, and you can track you order at auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search
My order is damaged/defective
If there is a defect with the product, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order at shop@workingdog.com with the subject 'Defect Notice', setting out:
- Your order number;
- The date of purchase;
- The items you wish to return; and
- A description of the Defect including photos if applicable.
Where is your merch made?
Our products are all printed in Australia using reputable products. You can find out more about our print supplier at theprintbar.com
