Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be dispatched. You'll be notified once your order has been dispatched and provided with tracking information. Shipping rates are based on the weight of an order and will be calculated at the checkout.

Orders will be processed by our transport carrier and shipped by Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow:

• 1 - 3 business days for express delivery;
• 2 - 6 business days for standard delivery; and
• International shipping in accordance with Australia Post's international delivery times, which are dependent on delivery location.

The delivery timeframes above are subject to any disruptions or delays experienced in the Australia Post delivery network. You can keep up to date with Australia Post's alerts and delivery times via their website.

Returns 

We don't accept returns for change of mind or error in ordering, so please make sure you've ordered the right product in the right size, colours, or other variations.

If there is a defect with the product, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order at shop@workingdog.com with the subject 'Defect Notice', setting out:

• Your order number;
• The date of purchase;
• The items you wish to return; and
• A description of the Defect including photos if applicable.
